    6 cups chicken broth
    6 cups prepared brown rice (use broth as the liquid)
    1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 bottle Ty Ling's Gen Tso's Sauce (28 tablespoons)


Prepare rice using broth for most or all the liquid
Brown meat in 1 tablespoon oil
Add meat to rice.

Quickly stir fry broccoli and carrots in oil. Add to rice miture. Use broth to moisten as needed. Mix in whole bottle of sauce. Season with Tony Cachere's seasoning.

Yields about 9 cups mixture.
