Ingredients

Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
Garlic, 2 clove minced
Portabelo Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Rosemary, 2 tbsp
Peas, frozen, 01.5 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large- beaten
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
Puff pastry- 1 pkg frozen(397g or 14oz)
salt and pepper
flour for dusting
*Puff Pastry, 14 oz (remove)
Directions
Dice ands saute first six ingredients for a couple of minutes. allow to cool . combine with 1/2 beaten egg, peas, turkey, salt and pepper.
roll pastry out to 12x16 inch rectangle. Place filling on one long edge and paint the opposite edge with egg yolk.Roll meat side over like a sausage roll and let eggy edge glue it together. pinch ends together and place on parchment lined bake sheet. Paint the outside with the rest of the beaten egg. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
