Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups lite soymilk (this has a small amount of sugar, you can also use skim milk or unsweetened soy milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 pkts Splenda no calorie sweetner (or 1 tbs. sweetner of your choice)
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tbs. canned pumpkin
    1.5 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee

Directions

Add soymilk, vanilla, Splenda, spice and pumpkin to a small saucepan. Heat slowly over very low heat, and whisk (this makes the foam). Add espresso and serve hot.
