Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups nut flour **
    1 ½ sticks butter
    ¾ cup Peanut Butter
    1 cup Brown sugar sweetener (not packed)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda

    *mix of Almond, Hazelnut or Peanut (or all 3) nut flours.

Tips

Use 50/50 low gylcimic peanut butter or PB2 to save on calories and carbs. I also use ideal sweetener. Lower carb than splenda.


Directions

Mix all wet, mix all dry (two bowls) then add together. Make 1 inch balls, flatten & “fork” if you like the classic look. Bake @375 – 8 to 10 minutes.

    These are amazing. By far our favorite low carb dessert. We serve them to guests and take to family dinners. I put them in a 9 x 13 pan to make bar cookies. - 4/9/16
