Ingredients

    2 Slices 2% Swiss cheese
    2 Cups Eggbeaters
    4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 Can, mushrooms
    2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
    1 Tbsp Molly McButter sprinkles

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour into square glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done. Slice and serve warm with Tabasco sauce.
