same as one I found on SP, but I added Veg All, Mushrooms, and I'll use my own seasoning, if anyone actually reads this message me and I'll tell you what I ended up using.     Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Scrambled Egg, 1 large
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup
    GV Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp
    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), .75 cup
    1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom
    VegAll Canned Mixed Vegetables, 1.5 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    1/4 cup of water
