Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz. can tomato paste
    12 oz. water
    1 dollop sour cream or 1/4 c. half & half (recipe calculated using 1Tbsp sour cream)
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme or sage (suggested)

Directions

Put all ingredients in pot. Whisk and heat on medium heat. The spices are purely suggestion. You can flavour this how you would like. This will probably need salt because of the paste. Add over ripe tomatoes to use them up if you'd like.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large bowl
