Ingredients

    4 Split Chicken Breasts without bone & skin
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp McCormick Grillmates Steak Seasoning

Directions

This can be made two ways!

1. Place chicken in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour lemon juice over chicken & sprinkle with grill seasoning. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350* or until cook through.

OR

2. Marinate chicken in lemon juice and grill seasoning for 4 -10 hours & grill. Grill for approximately 25 - 35 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.

Serve with brown rice and a nice green salad!
