    3 lb Rotisserie Chicken -Meat Picked from bones, skin removed.
    2 small cans Fire Roasted Green Chiles
    16 C Chicken Stock
    1/2 C Salsa
    1 Tsp Thyme
    1 Tbl Cumin
    1 Tbl Dried Cilanto
    1 Tbl Dried Oregano
    1 Tsp Chile Powder
    1 Tsp Chipotle Chile Powder
    1/2 Tsp Ancho Chille Powder
    1 Canned Tomaotes- Diced
    1 Ear corn- Shucked and trimmed from Cob

    8 OZ Corn Tortillas
    1/2 C Canola Oil


Remove meat from Chicken and boil bones with bay leaves, garlic, onion carrot and celery to make an awesome homemade stock. Pick bones and add recipe ingredients

Cut tortillas into strips and gently fry in oil coating strips with oil. Finsih off in oven to crisp up and brown and 325 oven
