Ingredients

2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 Cup Fresh Rhubarb, diced (add some thinner shoots for half - these are not as tart)
2 tsp or packages of Truvia (stevia) Sweetener Optional
1 Cup water
ice optional (decrease water if used)
Directions
Add ingredients to blender and blend well. Chill if desired and drink. You can split this into two glasses if necessary and save one for a later meal or sip throughout the day.
