    200 g breast chicken
    1 can tomato soup
    i cup tinned coconut (other alternatives listed to lower calorie count)
    1 teaspoon corriander
    onion cut and boiled

Directions

cookthe chicken add to the tin of soup add the creamed coconut and warm
add corriander and boiled chopped onions
serve
