Ingredients

    2lbs lean ground beef
    1 cup crushed crackers
    1 egg
    1/4 cup ketchup
    spices to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. By hand seems to be the best way to do this. Divide into 12 servings and place in muffin pans.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
