Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp)
    Chili powder, 0.5 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingrdients and form a loaf either on a large cookie sheet or in a regular loaf pan.
Place in pre-heated 350-degree oven.
Bake, uncovered, for approx 40-45 min.
