Introduction

Ingredients

    Corn Starch, .75 cup
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Butter, salted, 3 tbsp chilled
    Milk, 1%, .1/3 cup

Directions

MIx corn Starch, salt and baking powder, Cut in buter until it looks like corn meal. Make a small well in center and add milk all at once and stir until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl; 30 seconds or less. Dust your hands with corn starch and fold dougn over about 8 times then roll out about a half inch thin and cut into 8 pieces. Bake in 450 degree oven for about 13 minutes.
