Introduction

This is a refreshing smoothie for one's who have a sweet tooth. It is low in fat and calories and is packed full of vitamins and can easily double as a meal replacement if you add protein to it. This is a refreshing smoothie for one's who have a sweet tooth. It is low in fat and calories and is packed full of vitamins and can easily double as a meal replacement if you add protein to it.

Ingredients

    1 (6oz) - nonfat coconut cream yogurt/plain nonfat vanilla yogurt
    4 large - frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 large - fresh apple (peeled, cored, diced)
    1 c - Silk Pure Coconut Milk
    1/2 c - 1 c of ice
    (grated non-sweetened coconut flakes - optional)

Directions

Peel and core your apple half and dice it into cubes. Place the yogurt into the blender. Put your apple and strawberries into the blender. Pour 1 cup of Silk Pure Coconut Milk and 1/2c to 1 c of ice. Blend on high for 1 minute, then blend on low for 30 seconds or until all the ice is well blended.
Serve.
You can garnish with 1/4 tsp of grated non-sweetened coconut flakes if you wish.
