Ingredients

    1 large hard-boiled egg, chopped fine
    about 1 tbsp flour
    about 1/2 tbsp butter
    about 1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions

Make a white sauce with the flour, butter, and milk. When it's nice and creamy add the egg and cook until heated through.

    Very Good
    This is one of my favorite foods ever. I serve it over whole-wheat toast. Can easily be made with skim milk and 1/2 the butter. I also add dried dill weed, salt and pepper. Yummy! - 11/13/10
