Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 cup (remove)
    Gesha Bean Sprouts 1.5 Cups, 8 oz (remove)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup (remove)
    brown rice (1 cup raw), 1 serving (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Brown Ground Beef, remove from heat in a colander rince pour into 9 X 13 pan (That has been sprayed with Pam or other non stick) Add in celery,onion Bean sproutsI use 14.5 oz can brown rice (raw) 1 cups water, soy sauce let set. In small bowl mix soups with the remaining 1 cup water add to the pan. This mixture will be VERY runny cover with tin foil and bake in a 350* oven for 30 minutes- Then UNCOVER and bake the remaining 45 minutes this will cause the liquid to cook out. You want it to be like oatmeal thick but not dry. If it becomes dry add a can cream soup or beef broth of soup
