    • 2 packets Perdue Perfect Portion Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    • 1 cup Pace Enchilada Sauce
    • 1 can Del Monte Savory Sides Santa Fe Corn
    • 1 packet Uncle Ben's Minute Wild Rice

Directions

This recipe is brought to you by Campbell Kitchen.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place chicken in roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour enchilada sauce over chicken. Bake 30 minutes, basting with sauce.
  4. Stir sauce and serve over chicken.

We added the extra sauce after placing chicken over rice and drizzeling over all. Prepare corn side as directed.
