Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 stalks celery, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup black olives, optional
Directions
1. Mix all of the ingredients. Chill well. Serve on a large leaf of lettuce.
