Ingredients

    2 onion chopped
    1 beetroot grated
    1 medium sized carrot grated
    1/2 a can tuna in water-drained
    5 cups chped cabbage
    2 tbl oil for frying

Directions

fry the onions in oil in a non stick pan. when it is brown , add carrots and beetroot and cover the pan and cook in very low heat about 10 minutes. whn they are tender add the cabbage and the tuna, and put back the lid and cook until the cabbage is tender. add chillie if you like, with the onions.

serve as a side dish with basmati rice along with tuna, or with roshi in the morning.

    Interesting - I would never have thought of combining all of these, worked really well, as I had lots of cabbage and beetroots in my fridge. Kids were a bit hesitant to eat it though. - 7/3/08
