Ingredients

    1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    2 green bell pepper, sliced in half-circle slices
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

Place sliced chicken, onion, and bell pepper in crock pot. Squeeze lime juice over mixture. Mix chicken broth, cumin, chili powder and salt together and pour over chicken. Cook in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings. Nutritional info is for six servings.
