    3 medium sized apples, sliced (leave skin on)
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


Put sliced apples into baking dish with lid. Add sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
