These bran muffins are VERY moist! And they definately do what they are designed to do, besides tasting wonderful! Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Egg slighty beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cup Raisins
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Wheat Bran, crude
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Molassas
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat together egg, sour cream and molassas. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients until combined. Stir in raisins. Batter will be lumpy.
