Ingredients

    *Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast or ground chicken 2 lbs
    Quick Oats, 1 cup
    3 egg whites
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Mustard, ground, 2 tsp
    Ground Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix All together with your hands and make raquetball sized meatballs and place in a muffin tin. Cook for 40 mins at 375
