Ingredients

    200 grams Cheese Tortellini
395 grams Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    105 grams of Broccoli
    160 grams of Cauliflower
    190 grams of Carrots
1/2 pkg of Old El Paso Taco Mix
    1 Cup of Water
    30 grams of Chives
125 grams Mixed Veggies (Carrots, Peas, Corn)
    1/2 cup Ragu
    35 grams of Marble Cheese

Directions

Heat up a skillet, add the olive oil. Cook the turkey breast meat on medium (making sure not to burn).

In a separate bowl combine half of the Taco Mix with 1 Cup of water.

While your meat is cooking, cut all your veggies.

When your turkey has changed to the cooked colour add the veggies and COVER with a lid. Cook on Medium for 25 minutes.

Boil your tortellini, drain and leave off to the side (covered) until your veggies/turkey have cooked.

Once the veggies and turkey are done, add the tortellini. Mix everything together on medium heat and add your pasta sauce.

Let it cook for about 5 more minutes on medium to warm up the sauce.

Sprinkle with LIGHT cheese and serve!

Enjoy! :)
