Ingredients

200 grams Cheese Tortellini
395 grams Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
105 grams of Broccoli
160 grams of Cauliflower
190 grams of Carrots
1/2 pkg of Old El Paso Taco Mix
1 Cup of Water
30 grams of Chives
125 grams Mixed Veggies (Carrots, Peas, Corn)
1/2 cup Ragu
35 grams of Marble Cheese
Directions
Heat up a skillet, add the olive oil. Cook the turkey breast meat on medium (making sure not to burn).
In a separate bowl combine half of the Taco Mix with 1 Cup of water.
While your meat is cooking, cut all your veggies.
When your turkey has changed to the cooked colour add the veggies and COVER with a lid. Cook on Medium for 25 minutes.
Boil your tortellini, drain and leave off to the side (covered) until your veggies/turkey have cooked.
Once the veggies and turkey are done, add the tortellini. Mix everything together on medium heat and add your pasta sauce.
Let it cook for about 5 more minutes on medium to warm up the sauce.
Sprinkle with LIGHT cheese and serve!
