Ingredients

    .25c dry lentils
    1 medium onion
    1c diced celery
    5c dry Earthgrains stuffing croutons
    1T sage
    Vegetarian broth or bouillon

Directions

Combine lentils, onions, celery, and sage in a saucepan with 3cups broth or bouillon. Bring to a boil, then simmer until lentils are soft.

Add croutons to lentils, stir until all liquid is absorbed.

Bake in covered casserole 30ish minutes.
