Ingredients

    1 Piņata Flour Tortilla
    1/3 Cup Egg Beaters
    2 Tbl Sour Cream
    1/4 Cup Salsa

Directions

Cook Eggbeaters in frying pan that's been sprayed with Non-Stick Spray. While cooking, microwave the tortilla on a plate for 10 seconds. Cook Eggbeaters through, flipping at least once, or by scrambling. Place cooked eggs on top of tortilla. Add Sour Cream and Salsa. Roll up and enjoy!! Great, filling breakfast!
