Ingredients

*McCormick Recipe Inspirations (Quesadilla Casserole)seansoning pack, 1 serving
*Frozen chicken tenderloin, 40 oz
*Mission Multi-Grain Flour Tortillas (Medium) - 1 tortilla, 10 serving
*Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, reduced fat, 2% milk Kraft, 1.25 cup
*"Great Value" Tomato Sauce (.25cup), 2 cup
*Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
pre heat oven to 350
Greese a casserole dish about 13x9
Take chicken tenderloin and cut into bite size pieces then put into a frying pan to brown with onion on med heat.
Then drain when chicken is cooked through, place back into pan ad add beans, corn, seasoning, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with green chilies
Cook for about 5 minutes til everything is hot and seasoned through.
Now add about 1- 2 cuts of mixture on the bottom of sprayed baking dish, then top with 3 tortillas.
Now add more mixture then cheese and tortillas and keep building till all mixture is gone.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes til heated all through.
Serve with rice and beans on the side.
