Introduction
After DinnerRepeat the same process for sampling the wine and cheese pairs as you did before dinner.
The third wine and cheese pair will be a softer cheese and the fourth pairing will usually be a desert wine and it's complimentary cheese.
After folks have sampled the last cheese, they may or may not want to finish the evening with a small slice of cake or pie.
Plan for the desert wine to compliment what ever desert you serve too.
Bring out your tray with a pot of fresh coffee, creamer and sugar bowl. Serve desert and coffee to finish off the evening.
