Ingredients

Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup
Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional, 1 cup
Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 6 oz
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup )

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking pan.
Slice the zucchini very thinly - either in disks or in strips. Cook the turkey with whatever seasoning you prefer until browned. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook through. Add both types of sauce and simmer until heated. Remove from heat. Mix together cottage cheese, parmesan, egg, and 1 cup mozzarella.
In a 8x8 baking dish, spread sauce over the bottom to coat. Layer zucchini slices over sauce. Add 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Layer 12 Pepperoni slices. Add 1/2 remaining sauce. Repeat each of the previous layers (zucchini, cheese, pepperoni, sauce) and add a final layer of zucchini. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella on top and back in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
