These are low calorie pumpkin muffins. They are delicious and low in calories and fat. I usually top mine with pumpkin butter instead of frosting for an extra layer of pumpkiny goodness. Ingredients

    1 Box Pillsbury Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix

    1 Can Organic Canned Pumpkin

    1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions

Mix the pumpkin and the cake mix until it is completely blended. It will be thick. Add pumpkin pie spice to taste. Scoop into cupcake wrappers and bake at 325 for 18 minutes (or per the box directions).
