    Carrots
    Onions
    Chicken
    Noodles
    Pepper
    Chilli flakes
    Chicken stock

Directions

Chop and peel onions and carrots. Put in a pot with chicken, stock and season to taste. Remove chicken blend the carrots and onions until smooth. take chicken off the bone flake and return to the pot add cooked noodles and heat before serving
