Introduction

Portabella mushrooms stuffed with mushrooms & veggies Portabella mushrooms stuffed with mushrooms & veggies
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Portabella Mushroom caps
    1 Container of Mushrooms, sliced
    1 Small onion, diced
    4 Roma Tomatoes, diced
    1/2 block lite firm tofu, crumbled
    1/2 cup tomato sauce

Directions

1. Sautee all veggies until very tender. Add tofu and tomato sauce. You can also add some spices or seasonings, such as garlic powder, basil, oregano, etc.. Cook until heated.

2. In another pan, Sautee mushroom caps until cooked.

3. Fill them up.

4. ENJOY
