Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    america's choice cream style corn, 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in second bowl. Pour dry ingredients into wet and stir until mixed. Do not over stir. Pour evenly into muffin tins. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.
