    3 19-oz. cans of chick peas (rinsed and drained)
    4 small red peppers, chopped
    1 1/4 cups flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    5 tsp minced garlic
    2 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    2 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    salt & pepper to taste
