Ingredients

raspberries, fresh or frozen, white vinegar

Directions

measure fresh or frozen raspberries and place in bottom of a fancy vinegar bottle. Pour white vinegar to the top of the bottle, leaving 1/2 inch. Place cap onto bottle and let stand for one week. Your vinegar will turn the most beautiful red color. It is delicious sprinkled onto fresh salad materials. It is wonderful added to 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup Splenda, sugar substitute, for a coleslaw.

Guessed at the amounts for both ingredients. Will get back to you in one week's time to see advise the taste results.
This recipe doesn't give the amount of raspberries nor wine vinegar. If the measurements were there - this recipe would have been more successful for me.
