    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)


Mix spices together in a shallow bowl. rub mixture on chicken thighs. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. sliced onion and place on the bottom of the crockpot. place chicken on top of onions. Turn crock pot to low. Cook 6-8 hours.

Great over rice or couscous!
