    1/2 medium banana
    1 packet Carnation Instant Breakfast-Vanilla
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 scoop GNC Wheybolic Strawberry Protein powder (20 grams)

Directions

Blend until well mixed in blender. Pour into 3 individual serving dishes. Freeze.
