turkey:
1/2 Ib ground turkey very lean(I actually use less cuz I am not much of a meat eater)
1/2 of a bell pepper chopped

1 tbsp of olive oil for the turkey
dash of garlic powder
dash of onion powder
dash of salt & pepper

I used the success boil in a bag white rice because it's easy and I don't have a lot of time use whatever you like!
1 can of beef broth
1/2 a cup of water
I put o dashe of the seasonings used above as well as a bit of parsley
1 tsp of olive oil
Directions
put a tbsp of olive oil in a skillet brown the ground turkey add seasoning and bell pepper
While the turkey is browning cook the rice
boile it in the beef broth water and the seasonings also just because I could I added a couple large pieces of bell pepper to boil for flavor toss them when done.
Once the turkey is nice and cooked and the rice is done make sure you drain the rice but add about a tbsp of the cooking broth to the ground turkey first. Add the rice to the ground turkey and also at this time add the tomatoes let it cook together for about 5 minutes then serve!
Enjoy!
