Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Tbl Olive Oil
    2 Lbs Beef Tips, cubed
    *4 1/3 Cups Water
    1 Tbl salt, I use Kosher Salt
    * Pepper to taste
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    1/4 Tsp Paprika
    4 Tsp minced Garlic, we like a lot of garlic and it's healthy
    1 Tsp Sugar
    1 1/2 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    * 1 Bay Leaf
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 Cup Onion, choped
    1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour to thicken gravy
    1 Packages of Mixed Veggies

Directions

1. Turn on crock pot
2. Place water in pot
3. Place ingredients in pot - potatoes, meat, onions, mixed veggies, etc.
4. Place remaining ingredients in pot.
5. Stir really good to get all the spices mixed through.
6. Place a bay leaf in the center of the ingredience.
Cook for 6 hours on high. It might be done in 3 hours but still needs to cook to get all the flavors done just right. Stir abou every hour or so.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-Cup Servings
