    Salmon Fillet
    Soy Sauce
    garlic
    smart balance

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Put foil on a cookie sheat. Spread smart balance onto Salmon fillet. In a bowl, combined the soy sauce and minced garlic. Pour/brush sauce mixture onto fish. Place fish in oven and cook until done.
