Introduction
The traditional Impossible Pie made without milk. I can handle cheese, but not milk. Couldn't tell the difference and it whittled off some calories from this rich but easy dish. Ingredients

2 cups chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped chicken breast
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup water
2 large eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Layer 1 cup of the cheese, the onion, the chicken and the broccoli in an 8"X8" baking pan.
Mix the eggs, water, and bisquick mix and pour over the broccoli mixture.
Bake for 35-38 minutes; add additional 1/2 cup of cheese on top and let bake another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serving Size: 4 slices
