Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons water
    Sweetener to taste (approx. 1/4 teaspoon granulated)
    1/3 cup cottage cheese (used 2%)
    4 whole unsweetened whole strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    Sweetener to taste (approx. 1/4 teaspoon granulated)

Directions

Mix egg, water and cinnamon and blend well add sweetener. Soak slice of bread in egg mixture until all absorbed, the place in non-stick pan. Cook until brown on both sides.

Strawberry Cheese Topper: Mix cottage cheese, strawberries with sweetener. Blend until smooth.

Spoon Topper onto French Toast and Enjoy
