Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 oz Mozzarella
    1 whole tomato 4 inches in diameter
    6 sundried tomatoes (not in oil)
    1/8 cup tomato and basil feta crumbles
    5 black olives
    6 green olives
    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp dried basil (2 tbsp if fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop tomato and mozzerella, put in bowl. Slice olives put in bowl. Chop sundried tomatos add as well. Sprinkle in feta crumbles. Add olive oil, balsamic and basil. combine and enjoy (or if you let it mingle it will be even better).

Serving Size: makes 4, 1 cup servings
