Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts (broiled)
    1 green pepper cut into large pieces
    1/2 red onion
    1 cup (or more) cherry tomatos
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    seasoning to taste

Directions

broil chicken breast
cut peppers and onon into large peices
cook rice according to package directions
cook peppers tomatoed and onion in a wok with water or boil in water
once everything is cooked, mix all together
season to taste
