Ingredients

    Rotini, Whole Wheat (Cub Foods Brand), 3 cups uncooked
    Shrimp, Cooked & Ready to Eat, Large Tail-on, 12 oz, remove tails & chopped
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cups, chopped
    Garlic, minced 2 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp

Directions

Boil 3 cups pasta and onions.
Drain and stir in sour cream, chopped shrimp pieces, chopped spinach and other ingredients.
Return to low heat, and stir to prevent scorching, remove after 10 minutes, stir in parmesan cheese and serve while hot.

    Very Good
    this was good. I added old bay seasoning to the shrimp, and used lots of italian blend seasoning and salt/pepper for a kick. I think a little red pepper flakes would be good in there also-I'm giving it four stars. it also made quite a bit. - 5/1/09

    This was good, except I think I would cook the onions prior to putting them in with the pasta. I don't like the crunchy texture of the onions. - 1/9/08
