Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups EvieMars Low carb bake mix
    1 Tbs baking Powder
    2 Tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup LoGI Cane Sugar
    1/4 cup Smart Sugar
    2 apples peeled, cored and chopped
    75g melted butter
    75g low fat vanilla yoghurt
    3/4 cup low fat milk

    Topping
    2 Tbs Hazelnut Meal
    1Tbs ground cinnamon
    1Tbs LoGI Cane Sugar
    1Tbs Smart Sugar


Directions

Preheat oven to 180c
Mix dry ingrediants
Melt butter and when cool enough mix with eggs, yoghurt and milk
Mix all together well and add apple
Portion into muffin tray and add topping to each
bake for 20 mins (test by pressing, if they need longer test every 5 mins)


Serving Size: Makes 20 cupcake sized muffins
