Introduction

From the back of the can of salmon, minus the milk. From the back of the can of salmon, minus the milk.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Honey Boy Pink Salmon drained
    2 cups soft bread crumbs (I used 2 slices Nature's Own 100% whole wheat)
    1/3 cup finely minced onion
    2 eggs
    2 T minced parsley
    juice from 1 lemon (or 1-2 tablespoons)
    1/4 teaspoon each salt and dill weed
    dash of pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Form the salmon mixture into patties, and cook them over medium heat until browned on the bottom. Turn them over and brown on the other side. Eat!

Serving Size: Makes about 6 patties
