Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 2 lb (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *beef boullion cube, 2 serving (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    American Cheese, 6 slice (3/4 oz) (remove)

Directions

Slice the bell peppers and onions into big strips. Dump everything but the cheese into a crock pot. Set on low and cook for 6 hours. Slice the roast into thin strips and toss back into the crock to keep juicy. Serve on Sandwich rolls (not included in cal count) and top with american cheese.
