I'm generally a foodie and a purist, but when I get home at 6:30 and have to be out the door for Yoga at 7:00, you can be sure that "real" home cooking flies out the window! Luckily, these tacos are crazy good and super easy! Ingredients

1 lb. 90% lean ground beef (frozen is good)
2 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
16 crunchy taco shells
Directions
Throw everything but the taco shells into your crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve with whatever toppings you like -- I'm partial to guacamole and more salsa, myself.
